The corporate headquarters and principal place of business are 301 Oxford Valley Rd. - Suite 1101, Yardley, Pa. 19067. Our New Jersey Branch office is located in suburban Trenton at 1901 N Olden Ave, Suite 47, Trenton, NJ 08628.

FLC is a licensed mortgage banker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. FLC is authorized by the Federal Government for FHA/VA loans and we maintain a Fidelity bond and Errors and Omissions insurance to protect ourselves and our customers.

FLC's founders have extensive computer and mortgage experience. This blend along with the commitment to computerize every facet of the business allows us to cut costs and become a low-cost originator, processor and closer of mortgage backed loans.
