Over the years, Livingston Mortgage, Inc. has worked tirelessly to help our clients by simplifying the process and finding them the right type to funding to purchase their homes.

Established in 1985 as the first Korean mortgage bank in the New York/New Jersey area, Livingston Mortgage has a deep rooted history in the industry as well as the local community, both English and Korean speaking. Livingston Mortgage has weathered downturns in the market and gained priceless experience. In addition, company president, Young Ok Uhm, built up her finance expertise during her twenty years in the industry at both The World Bank and Morgan Guaranty Trust. With this industry veteran at the helm of Livingston Mortgage, the expert service the Company can provide cannot be easily duplicated.

In an industry filled with companies taking advantage of the borrower’s ignorance (especially that of the non-English speaking community), Livingston Mortgage, Inc. has distinguished itself by always putting the client first and providing them with honest information. We do not advise clients to take on aggressively priced and complicated mortgage products nor do we charge clients exorbitant fees and high interest rates. We also provide clients with a clear estimate of all possible closing costs. The trust of our clients is critical to the success of our business as is making our clients’ interest our top priority.
