How do I apply for a loan?
Anyone applying for a loan needs to complete a loan application. If you are interested in securing a consumer loan, other than a mortgage instrument, and wish to speak to one of our representives, contact battix@research1166fcu.org. The types of loans that the Credit Union offers include, a VISA credit card, new and used auto loans. We also offer financing for boats, recreational vehicles, and motorcycles as well as personal unsecured loans.

For your added convenience, we have attached a Preliminary Loan Application. Complete this form and fax the completed application to 856-224-3602. We will review this application and render a lending decision in order to speed up the process.

How do I apply for a home equity loan or first mortgage?

The Credit Union is writing home equity loans in the tri-state area, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. To secure the necessary paperwork contact battix@research1166fcu.org

The Credit Union offers three fixed rate home equity loans, 5 years, 7 years and 10 years. In addition the Credit Union offers a 15 year, adjustable rate home equity line of credit that is priced at prime and adjusts annually on the first working day of the new year. There is a 5% lifetime cap on over the initial rate.

The Credit Union also processes first mortgage applications for interested borrowers. We recommend calling for rates before you apply for a conventional or jumbo mortgage.
